Remote Hands support
Our engineers who are well trained and constantly informed by the newest methods in the data center industry are available to support you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in both scheduled and emergency cases and provide guidance to any technical issue.
Remote hands services are provided either by pre-purchasing hourly packages or by on-demand support requests with an hourly charge. Installation services are available also, on demand. The following table analyzes the mentioned services.
• Basic Pack [5 requests up to 60 minutes each]
• Premium Pack [20 requests up to 60 minutes each]
• Individual request 60 minutes
